Our Special Day
We searched hi and low, even thought of a destination wedding in Hawaii... BUT when we found this place online, we could not wait to sign the contract! And we did in early January 2009!
Although we did not have a Wedding Theme, Calamigos Equestrian helped change all that and made our planing so much easier by it's beutiful landscape and elegant, yet home feel ballrooms. Our choice, the Grand Prix Ballroom, has the cabin feel to it. With it's wonderful fire place and roomy dance floor we opted in creating a wonderful Romantic Cabin wedding.
we understand how wedding works: Ceremony mid-day followed by the dancing at night, we took a bold stand and decided to make our wedding an early Ceremony and Reception. To us, the beautiful scenery the location has is simply stunning during the day. With some horses and trees, you can easily forget you are still in Burbank California.
So do come prepared to be taken from the L.A City lights to a romantic indoor cabin wedding. Everything about our wedding will be tailored to who we are, and what we love....and who knows maybe you'll see some birds and butterflies while your there.

From 5 North
Exit at Western Ave. WEST. Take Western to Riverside Dr., turn right. Take Riverside Dr. to intersection of Main St., turn left into Calamigos Equestrian.
From 5 South
Exit at Alameda Ave. WEST. Take Alameda to Main St., turn left. Take Main St. directly into Calamigos Equestrian.
From 101/170 North
Exit at Barham, turn right. Take Barham over the hill into Burbank and turn right at Riverside Drive. Take Riverside to Main St., turn right into Calamigos Equestrian.
From 101/170 South
Take the 134 Fwy. interchange, then follow the directions from 134 Fwy. traveling EAST.
